LCDR ANGELA COXLCDR Angela Cox may be working on getting her retirement papers in order about now.

The former commanding officer of Naval Operational Support Center Earle (New Jersey) was relieved August 27th.

"A poor command climate" was cited as reason for the career-ending action. CAPT George Honeycutt, the Reserve Component commander for Navy Region North Atlantic made the decision that Cox had to go.

"I have lost confidence in her ability to command," Honeycutt said in a brief statement.

No further details are available. We would appreciate hearing from our readers, especially at NOSC Earle, to send us INTEL on what has happened there.
