COMMAND SGT MAJOR SA'EED MUSTAFAIt's always a problem for the Command whenever a senior officer or the command sergeant major steps on his dick and they can't cover it up.

Such is the case of controversial CSM Sa'eed Mustafa. He's very politically correct, considering who is sitting in the White House, but he apparently screwed up big time when he was allegedly caught DUI in the German State of Baden-Wurttemburg.

Good Muslims aren't supposed to touch the booze.

"WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND"

Also, from what we heard in the e-mail from happy soldiers at Weisbaden, where Mustafa was top enlisted man until a few days ago, the burly E-9 was a real hard-ass. We're told he busted many a soldier for the same thing he's said to have done now.

Mustafa has 29 years under his belt, so he'll go out the door with a fat pension and likely his rank intact. That probably would not be the case if the offender was a SPC or SGT E-5. They'd get hammered and lose a stripe or two in the bargain.

An Army flak wouldn't comment beyond saying the case is "still under investigation." But you can go the bank that Mustafa is working on his retirement papers. He lasted a little less than 18 months at Weisbaden. The CSM took over top enlisted spot at the garrison in July 2012.
