CLEARS DUNLOP AND WIFE COMPLETELY - WHO'S
BEHIND PERSECUTION OF RESPECTED OFFICER?
IS O.S.I. INVOLVED IN LATEST ATTEMPT TO
DESTROY CAPT DUNLOP'S FAMILY?
Our readers will recall we reported last Spring that phony "child abuse" charges against Air Force Capt. Michael Dunlop on Guam had been tossed out for lack of evidence. [See "related stories box" at bottom of this article.]
But before Dunlop could be cleared and his two small sons - ages 5 and 6 - returned to the captain and his wife, the officer was arrested and tossed in a jail cell while the media created a circus around the case.
Now, nearly nine months after being exonerated and returned to duty, Dunlop is facing a new ordeal and possible enforced separation once more from his beloved children. Dunlop's wife, Kendall, is beside herself with worry.
HEADLINE-SEEKING POLITICIAN PUSHES FOR
RE-FILE OF SPECIOUS CHARGES
What has happened in the interim that caused chief prosecutor of the Guam Attorney General's Office, one Phil Tydingco, to "re-file" such specious charges - that the Dunlops committed sexual acts in front of their kids; that Dunlop photographed his youngsters in the nude; and that the father beat his boys so badly, welts and bruises were seen on their body?
Is the Air Force O.S. I. (Office of Special Investigations) behind this latest attack on the Dunlop family? Did they spur on the slimy civilian prosecutor in Guam to revive what had been a meritless case in the first place? Also, did a certain "disturbed" relative - who lived for a few days with the Dunlops on Guam during 2007 - did that malicious person fabricate situations in order to cause discord in the captain's marriage?
Where is the proof?
MILITARYCORRUPTION.COM PUBLISHES DOCUMENT
VINDICATING PARENTS IN CASE
Well, MilitaryCorruption.com investigators have obtained a copy of the child psychologist report prepared after the initial charges were made last year. What it says speaks for itself.
In a document written by Tom Babauta of the Pacific Marriage and Family Therapists on Guam, we learn the two little boys in question (MCC chooses not to reveal their names in order to protect their privacy) were "seen weekly" for a total of 7 sessions by professionals to ascertain if the "abuse" charges were true.
Neither Capt. Dunlop or his wife, both of whom had been thrown in jail, participated in the examinations.
"CPS (Child Protective Services) recommended counseling to address the possibility of child sexual abuse, possible exposure to sexual behavior and/or dealing with stress related to the abrupt removal from home and loss of contact with parents," Babauta wrote.
"They felt displaced and anxious," he said, "but were able to adjust to their new environment."
Babauta noted both boys "expressed they wanted to go back home and be with their parents throughout the counseling process."
Does that sound like they had been "abused" to you, dear readers?
REPORT PUTS LIE TO PROSECUTION'S CONTENTION
"CHILD ABUSE" TOOK PLACE
"At no time did the children display behavior or verbalize any indication of being sexually abused or witnessing sexual behavior," Babauta said. "They did joke about their private parts during one session, but this is consistent with age-appropriate behavior."
The therapist noted in his statement that Capt Dunlop and his wife were granted full custody of their children and that harmony has prevailed in the off-base home ever since.
"Both youngsters did not show ANY indications of being a victim of sexual abuse, nor did they display behavior consistent with exposure to sexually explicit behavior."
MilitaryCorruption.com has taken the extraordinary step of publishing a private document because we want you, the Air Force, and especially the "crazies" at the Guam Attorney General's Office, to see these children were never "victims" at all.
As for the terrible "nude" photos alleged in the re-filed charges, these were innocent snapshots of two little fellows "playing in a sand pile" and romping around the house "sans" (for you French-speakers) clothes.
The only "source" for the alleged beating and sex charges turns out to be the same "disturbed" person who stirred up trouble in the first place, we are told.
THE GUAM PROSECUTOR OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF
What is Tydingco's probe really about? Is he just another ambitious politician using a witch hunt and big headlines to make himself more prominent? He smugly told the Pacific DAILY NEWS: "We still consider it (the child abuse) a serious case that we need to be cognizant of."
Well, what about smearing innocent people for cheap publicity, Mr. Tydingco? Are you "cognizant" of that?
"The parents of neighborhood kids won't let them play with our little boys and people we know now avoid us in public," said Kendall Dunlop.
What has been done to this close-knit Air Force family on Guam is an outrage. Maybe what we need are new laws to protect innocent people from having their lives and reputations destroyed by so-called "public servants" and others with an agenda who don't let truth get in the way of making false and scandalous charges.
