But this wasn't some $100 hooker he was coming to see. Command Master Chief Edward Scott is alleged to have anticipated a sick "get-together" with a mother and her 12 year-old twins! However, Scott was in for a unpleasant surprise. The "mom" was really an undercover cop, and the youngsters didn't exist. For the past month, local police and agents from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) had been reading Scott's e-mail to what the master chief didn't realize was a sex crimes investigator. Sources tell MilitaryCorruption.com Scott was "extremely graphic" in what sex acts he said he wanted the mother and twin children to perform. SCOTT USED WORK COMPUTER TO ARRANGE SEXUAL LIAISON, COPS SAY The 43 year-old career Navy man was arrested and locked up at the Kitsap County Jail. Scott has been charged with attempted child rape and "communication with a minor for immoral purposes." He's being held on $500,000 bail. Investigators were amazed at how brazenly Scott acted, using his work computer to make contact with what he apparently thought was a mother willing to exploit her children for money. Scott enlisted in the Navy in 1982 and had served in Hawaii, Guam, Whidbey Island, and San Diego. Prior to coming to Kitsap last year, the stocky sailor was master chief of the USS Camden.
