Here we go again. Another Air Force officer (see related stories box below) molesting minors.

The latest officer in Blue to get busted is Lt. Col. James Richards, who was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals and Bay County Sheriff's deputies at an airport near Panama City, Fla. as he returned from a trip.

The 41 year-old officer has been charged with traveling to have sex with a minor and faces 15 years in the slammer if convicted.

MilitaryCorruption.com has learned investigators first got on Richard's trail with a tip he had sex with a ten year-old boy in Texas back in 2001.

The alleged pervert is stationed at Tyndall AFB.

OSI agents are looking into the possibility the colonel may have had sex with a 17 year-old boy on base. If that is the case, Richards could face additional charges and would surely be kicked out of the military and get additional prison time.

The teenage boy reportedly told cops he'd been having sex with the Air Force officer for the past nine months. That would make him age 16 when the alleged illicit incidents took place.
