He's the man with the $10 million penis.
No, we don't mean a male porn star, but an angry Army vet who's suing Uncle Sam and the Veterans Administration that amount for allegedly costing him use of his male member.
According to court papers filed in U.S. District Court in Louisville, Michael Nash was a surgical patient at the V.A. Hospital in Lexington, Ky. On October 28, 2010, the ex-GI underwent what was supposed to be a routine penile implant and circumcision operation.
Things went wrong when a nurse packed Nash's bleeding and swollen penis in ice bags for 19 hours!
Gangrene set in, and follow-up surgery resulted in some five inches of the man's organ being amputated. We weren't able to find out how much of his appendage Nash had left, but he was "plenty pissed." Now the patient had an even worse problem - great difficulty in urinating.
LAWYER SAYS CLIENT "ROBBED OF HIS MANHOOD!"
The 61 year-old Kentuckian's lawyer, Larry Jones, said the ice packs should have been applied for no more than two to three hours after the operation.
"They robbed him of his manhood!" Jones exclaimed. "This is blatant medical malpractice, a senseless tragedy. It never should have happened."
Nash, who briefly served in the Army between 1968 - 69, (MilitaryCorruption.com was unable to learn the nature of his discharge by press time), filed a disability claim with the V. A. for the botched surgical procedure, but was turned down. The civilian then hired lawyer Jones, and is fighting for $10 million in damages in federal court.
