AIR FORCE OFFICER UNDER ARREST
FOR CRITICIZING PRESIDENT - ALLEGED
TO HAVE POSTED "ANTI-GOVERNMENT"
VIDEOS ON YOU-TUBE - COMPLAINED
ABOUT MILITARY CORRUPTION - ACCUSED
OF "IMMORALITY" FOR LIVING WITH GIRL
FRIEND WHILE STILL MARRIED - ALSO
CHARGED WITH "BOUNCING" CHECKS

Have things reached this point under President Barack Hussein Obama? No. Not yet, anyway.

But we thought we'd show you what can happen to outspoken military officers in another country - the Philippines.

Our sources there - we have hundreds of retired U.S. military personnel as regular readers - tell us that President Gloria Arroyo (dogged by corruption charges all during her reign of power) was not amused when a Philippine Air Force captain allegedly posted an "anti-government" video critical of her on YouTube.

"I DIDN'T POST THE VIDEOS," ARRESTED OFFICER CONTENDS

Joenel Pogoy, 31, has been "detained" at PAF headquarters in Pasay City, pending court martial on a myriad of charges.

The Philippine Military Academy graduate claims he didn't post the offending videos online. He says his rambunctious girlfriend did it without his knowledge. And anyway, the videos, the captain contends, were not intended for mass dissemination.

Pogoy has been hit with violations of Articles of War 96 and 97. That is, "conduct unbecoming an officer" and "conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline."

The Philippine STAR newspaper in Manila reported the officer also faces charges of bouncing at least a dozen checks.

Looks like the JAG types in RP have learned a few lessons from their big brothers in the American military. Throw everything but the kitchen sink at a suspect and some of it is sure to stick.

OBAMA UNDER FIRE ON "DON'T ASK, DON'T TELL" FLIP-FLOP

While TIME and NEWSWEAK have become adoring organs of Obama-worship, and MSNBC, a virtual "official state media" network, spouting propaganda straight from the DNC - FOX has been known to go to the other extreme - the present commander-in-chief has some fence-mending to do on his left flank.

Obama has angered many well-heeled "gays" who contributed big bucks to his campaign believing Barack would abolish "don't ask, don't tell" like he promised on the campaign trail.

Meanwhile, hundreds of service members, including a couple of highly-publicized officers, face the boot while Obama soothes his flock with claims that everyone will be "happy" before his Administration is done. Like in a few "years," huh? No wonder the homosexuals are having a hissy fit.

That political double-cross could come back and "bite" him on the butt, especially if the new book just released by Obama's alleged lover, Larry Sinclair, gets any traction.
