| "TRACY
SHREW" CRAWLS INTO SEWER WITH © 2006 MilitaryCorruption.com With a web site like MilitaryCorruption.com and motto such as "FIGHTING FOR THE TRUTH . . . EXPOSING THE CORRUPT," we get our fair share of "hate mail." And once in a while, a threat of violence. The most serious of those has now arrived on our desk and we are not going to run or hide as a result. The local police authorities have been notified and an official complaint filed. More about that, and some samples of the vitriol, later on in this exclusive feature story. Those of you who've been here a while, know we have done an intensive investigation into the mysterious death in April 2003 of Air Force Col. Philip Shue. The then 54 year-old chief psychiatrist at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Tex. was found dead in his crashed automobile just off Interstate 10 in Boerne. But his body bore signs of ritual Satanic-like torture, and his wrists and ankles revealed torn duct tape, as if he had been recently restrained. Please go to the end of this article to read about - clicking on the "related stories box" - the details of this disturbing death that was quickly ruled a "suicide" by controversial Texas medical examiner Vincent DeMaio and the less than integrity-inspiring Air Force OSI (Office of Special Investigations). The colonel's wealthy widow, who came into two million dollars in assorted insurance policies and military benefits after her hubby's demise, loudly protested her husband could not have killed himself. "It was murder," she declared. That statement may have been sincere or not, we don't know. It's almost impossible to get the authorities to abandon a "suicide" ruling, no matter how absurd that contention may seem in face of the facts. So it's a safe bet that no matter how many verbal protestations anyone makes, overturning such a finding would be very difficult indeed. IS THE "COURAGEOUS WIDOW" IN REALITY A CRAFTY CON-ARTIST? We initially admired Tracy Shue for what seemed her valiant effort to get at the truth. But, as reported in our 2005 - 2006 stories about "following the money trail" and subsequent investigative efforts, MilitaryCorruption.com became concerned at the veracity, or lack of same, of the woman who's called by some in her small community "the tiny terror." Reports of temper tantrums, even directed against her late husband's elderly parents, (see "related stories box" below for details), public battles with elected officials, marching into newspaper offices uninvited to try and intimidate wimpy male editors (at one newspaper, it worked) and other examples of "super aggressive" behavior, have not won "the Widow Shue" many admirers of late. Now she is suing the "deep pockets" USAA Insurance Company of San Antonio for "big bucks" - some say millions - so perhaps the colonel's wife of ten years could soon become one of the richest women in Texas. A force to be reckoned with. Could a nomination for Congress be far behind? How about governor? Seriously, we were appalled when we found out Shue has been less than candid with us. Her desire to "find the killers" of her husband seemed to suddenly disappear about a year after his demise. The big effort then became the goal of winning the big bucks battle with the powerful insurance company. Hmmmm. Other incidents, like Tracy Shue lacking the common decency to provide a promised video tape of their son's memorial service to his elderly parents and, in their words, "misrepresenting" her financial situation to suck $12,000 out of the retired residents of Ohio to help pay "legal fees" after Tracy had already received a $250,000 lump sum check from Col. Shue's SGLI (Servicemens Group Life Insurance), caused us concern about the true character of the one we once dubbed a "courageous widow," fearlessly fighting the establishment to find out the truth. Is she, in reality, a clever con-artist - or worse? You can read in our earlier stories how we publicized the $12,000 "solicitation" and pressured Tracy to return the cash (two years after the fact) to Bruce and Miriam Shue. No doubt her nervous lawyer advised the millionairess it wouldn't look too good in the present court battle to be seen as if you might have "taken advantage of" the aged, grieving parents of the man who, after all, by his bizarre death, put Tracy on financial "Easy Street." So the "moola" was sent back - without apology or interest included, of course - and we were praised by the grateful parents: "We never thought we'd see that money again. God bless you," they said. $100,000 REWARD OFFER AGITATES "WIDOW SHUE" TO COMMIT LIBEL When MilitaryCorruption.com offered an unprecedented $100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those "responsible" for the death of Col. Shue - the popular HILL COUNTRY VIEW newspaper put the story on page one - Tracy was not amused. In fact, she viciously slandered and libeled our editor-in-chief on her blog as being evil "like other serial killers" such as John Wayne Gacey (homosexual, homicidal maniac), Ted Bundy (killer of many women) and Jeffrey Dalmer (human cannibal and sex pervert). It was just this type of published "over-the-top" venom that attracted the man we will call "the NUT from Georgia." In one of his recent postings on the Internet - we aren't going to publicize his name, since this pathetic loser craves "attention" - he said he'd read Tracy's attack and was "provoked" (his word) into contacting her. He did. Throughout his rantings on a veterans chat page that has since banned him for using filthy language and making wild threats, the NUT confirms his connection and cooperation with his new pal, the "Widow Shue." SOME SAMPLES OF A "SICK MIND" - RANTINGS OF THE NUT FROM GEORGIA Regurgitating various slanders Tracy Shue has spouted in the past (it only could have come from her) the self-proclaimed "special operations" veteran of Desert Storm (he uses all-capital letters like some children use crayons) wrote the following: LTC TRACY, THIS "GUN-BUNNY" HAS "YOUR" BACK AND FRONT AND SIDES . . . FOR "HIM" [MEANING OUR EDITOR-IN-CHIEF] I SAY, DO YOU READ "OBITUARIES" IN THE NEWPAPER, OFTEN??? The NUT gets even more threatening in a December 7th rant: I WAS A PLT DADDY AND THIS GUY [EDITOR OF MCC] NEEDS SOME "CORRECTIVE" ACTION . . . IF MY GUN DOESN'T SHOOT STRAIGHT, PROBLEM REACTION (STRIKE REACTION) IT KILLS AND SOLUTION IF TO "FIX" [KILL] HIM OR FIND ANOTHER THAT IS AN "ASSET" TO DELUDED TO THINK SO . . . The following day, he wrote that he is "AN OWL WHO MY FAVORITE MEAL IS RATS I HUNT AT NIGHT . . . MY VISION DOES NOT NEED "THE LIGHT OF DAY." What he does need is his MEDS. He's obviously not been taking them. More ravings include: I WOULDN'T WANT TO HAVE THE MAJOR TAKE ME ON, BECAUSE I DON'T WANT HIM TO SPEND THE REST OF HIS LIFE IN SOME SOLDIER'S HOME . . . I AM LIKE AN ICEBERG AND "HE IS THE TITANIC" . . .. IN BLACK OPS, I ENDEAVOR TO BE AN "INVISIABLE HAND" TO MAKE THE MAJOR "LIVE RIGHT." In one raving, he challenges our editor to a fight: MAJOR "BARE FALSE-WITNESS" - YOUR PLOW IS CLEARED, CROSS MY FURROW IF YOU DARE." It's always tricky when you agitate an insane person to harass someone else - the risk he (or she) could "spiral out of control." And that is exactly what Tracy Shue's new "pal" has done. Gone off the deep end. Get a load of some of these quotes from his latest ramblings: I AM A THE PROUD BASTARD OF THE STEWARTS FELLOW JACOBITES AND RALATED TO WALLACES "SEPT" TO STILL HOLD SEAT IN THE "RAVEN'S CLOWER." I HAD AN X-CIA AND X-JOINT CHIEFS GENERAL UNEXPECTEDLY VISIT ME IN MY DANIEL BOONE EXISTENCE [THE GUN NUT LIVES IN A BACKWOODS CABIN, A LA ERIC RUDOLPH] TO SAY I HAVE DONE MORE GOOD THAN THEY HAVE SEEN IN ANY SINGLE MAN . . . " I DO "MIRACLES" BUT DO NOT GET RECOGNIZED AS A SAINT. BANNING ME FROM [A CERTAIN VETERANS CHAT ROOM SITE] WITH ALL MY TRUTH, FACTS AND RIGHTEOUSNESS WILL ONLY BREAK OFF ONE OF THE VINES THAT DOES BARE FRUIT, BUT HOPEFULLY I WILL BE ABLE TO SPROUT ROOTS AND GRAFT AGAIN . . . SON OF JERICHO, I AM . . . VALOROUS AND HONORABLE. I AM THE SAGACIOUS TRUTH-SAYER VANGUARD ... BRIGAND BY BLOOD. I CAN "WALK THE WALK, NOT JUST TALK THE TALK." It's not a pleasant thought to know the NUT is not alone out there. The country is infested with people like him. "USING" THIS WACKO SHOWS A TOTAL LACK OF ETHICS There's something very disturbing about a professional person such as "the Widow Shue," or as she insists being called - Lt. Colonel Shue, (Ret) - knowing from the very "get-go" she's dealing with a very disturbed and dangerous individual who might want to use more than just words on a "target" of her ire. By knowing what "buttons to push" on his psychological game board, she can manipulate this maniac to make our editor's life a living hell. And she has. But does the end justify the means? Is it ethical to agitate and incite such a deranged person to acts of slander and possible mayhem? We think not. And perhaps Tracy is having second thoughts, as well. Get a load of this line from one of the NUT'S ramblings before his rants were silenced on a prominent veterans chat page: THIS "WIDOW" HAD HER "HUSBAND" MURDERED AND THEY "DEEMED" IT "SUICIDE." Whoa, baby! Call out the Marines!. And the Texas Rangers, FBI and Boerne, Tex. cops while you're at it. What is the wierdo saying here? That the Widow Shue was behind her husband's unfortunate demise? For all those big bucks insurance policies, perhaps? We've never gone that far. He writes Tracy MURDERED Col. Shue. What's this all about? Could it be a Freudian slip? Or just the crazed blatherings of an insane person? At any rate, it couldn't have made the millionairess very pleased when she saw it. Hot damn, her "GUN-BUNNY" buddy has said the big NO-NO! What about it, "Widow Shue?" Anything to that line, written in plain English on a printed-out communication in our possession, sent Dec. 7 at 12:54 AM MT? We have turned it over, for what it's worth, to the proper law enforcement authorities, Tracy. Thought you'd like to know. NO ONE'S "IMMUNE" FROM THE LAW, AS SOMEONE WILL SOON FIND OUT In Texas, we are told, a terroristic threat "is a state jail felony" punishable by up to two years in jail and/or a $5,000 fine. In Georgia, the penalty may be higher. But whatever state, we are looking at possible criminal conspiracy here. Did Tracy Shue, the Tammy Faye Baker lookalike - "egg on" an obviously demented person to slander and make threats against a web site editor she feared? If that's the case, there's big trouble for her ahead. We call upon "the Widow Shue" to disavow her nutcase colleague from Georgia, apologize for her harassment and libel of our editor, and come clean and tell all, so that no one suspects she may not be, as they say, "on the up and up." Despite Tracy's hateful actions toward us, we still extend the olive branch of peace and advise her "Repent, before it's too late." Tracy's late husband's parents tell us from Ohio they are praying for our editor's safety and are "eternally grateful" to him "as the only one who is trying to find out what really happened to our son." Has the self-assured shrink from Texas overstepped her bounds this time? Has she made that BIG MISTAKE that could get her in trouble with the law? We shall see.
