"Can I delete something first?" the female trainee asked her training instructor.
He said "no," she testified Thursday. The alleged victim then said at the court-martial of Staff Sgt. Luis Walker that he ordered her to "hand over" her cell phone.
The device contained explicit pictures of the trainee engaged in sex with her fiance' which aroused the sergeant, the female said.
MONICA LEWINSKY WOULD KNOW WHAT HE WANTED
She told of being called into his office a few minutes later, where Walker allegedly pointed to a bulge in his pants and suggested the trainee "finish" him off by doing a sexual act most familiar to Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky.
"I said no," the witness testified. She repeated her refusal again, and finally Walker allegedly dismissed her so he could "be alone" with her cell phone and relieve his discomfort.
That was just some of the x-rated testimony presented at the TI's court-martial July 19. The prosecution, which has described the NCO as a "sexual predator" and "wolf in sheep's clothing" (see related stories box below) rested its case around mid-day.
JUDGE ASKED TO DISMISS SEVEN "SEX ASSAULT" COUNTS
Defense attorney Joseph Espanza asked Col. Wesley Moore, the judge, to toss out seven counts of "sexual assault" lodged against his client. As of press time, no decision had been made on that request.
Espanza also moved to have a semi-nude pix of Walker - shirtless in a "smokey bear" hat - removed from evidence. The snapshot allegedly was sent to one of the women after she had graduated from basic training and was no longer under Walker's control.
The sergeant is one of seven NCO instructors to be investigated for having sex with trainees at the sprawling Texas base. Sources say up to 31 women may have been "violated," and the sex scandal in San Antonio could grow as big as past outbreaks at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.
Walker is charged with having illegal sexual contact with some 10 female trainees at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. He could receive up to life imprisonment for rape if found guilty of the most serious charges.
